Why are some people just so unlucky? I just don't get it.

Why are the lazy bums getting promoted? 'Lazy bums' as in real lazy ones, those whom are really UNDESERVING of getting promoted.

Why, why?

Ironically, i was about to say that i don't mean that those whom are safe did not work hard, just that to me, the amount of hard work put in and the judgement of teachers are somewhat unfair.
